We are very happy with our new faucet. The only concern is the main down spout is not long enough and doesn’t reach far enough over the sink, so a little cumbersome, but the spray hose will more than compensate and does a great job of reaching all of the sink.

I received this faucet order (and their soap dispenser also) on Oct. 2,2021. They were installed on Dec. 7,2021. I love the faucet, very impressed by it. Reason for only 4 stars is the one complaint that many other customers have also complained about is that the “pot filler” faucet is a bit to short. It needs to reach further into the sink. Wish VIGO would address this and do something about it since so many others have complained about this. It could also be a bit lower on the main stem of this faucet. Being so high up makes for a lot of splashing of water on the counter..especially since it is too short to start with. No leaking so far, was an easy installation. The “sprayer” faucet I feel works great, no complaints there. The gold/brass color I got is beautiful! The small handle piece to turn the water on/off does loosen up frequently..be aware of that. Not major complaints for me, still love this faucet! Took me 1 1/2 yrs of looking at this faucet, so I finally bit the bullet and bought this even with all the conflicting reviews I read on this faucet, but I’m so glad I did buy it!!

All parts are built to last - from the base and nut holding the faucet to the counter, to the spray arm and nozzle. Very well built. I only wish the pot filler did not occasionally drip when locked on to the spray nozzle. Look forward to many years using this product.

Bought a black Faucet in February 2020!! and I have had problems since the beginning!! The first thing was the water sprayer handle was broken!! Then the paint is pealing off.. This is a very expensive faucet!! I was expecting it to be more durable then this.. I do recommend the The looks of it it’s gorgeous!! But it’s very problematic.. so if you’re willing to deal with the people home to try to see if you can buy a piece go ahead and pay the money if not don’t waste your time

Absolutely beautiful. Won’t get a better faucet for the price. The sprayer is a little on the weak side but again at this price point and with the new low flow water regulations I don’t think you can get around it. May also be from my lower house pressure as well (45psi). I’m very happy with it.

I bought this to replace a Kraus faucet with similar features I'd had for a few years. I strongly prefer a restaurant style faucet with separate sprayer and main tap (I hate pull out style) and I like a pull trigger for the sprayer rather than a button. Very few manufacturers make this style for home use and when I was first looking the only one I found was the Kraus model. Unfortunately, the Kraus sprayer pressure was so pitiful I could barely rinse pasta sauce off a plate and it got worse each year to the extent it was just a trickle. And the diverter was faulty so sometimes the sprayer would not revert to the main tap flow when the trigger was released. When I saw that VIGO now makes a model with the features I like I took a chance even though it's a little cheaper than the Kraus was. I'm glad I did. My new Vigo tape feels much more solid and well made, has a nicer metal hose for the sprayer (the Kraus uses a plastic hose in a metal coil), the coil is stronger, the bracket that holds the sprayer is attached in a much better way, and the water pressure is excellent from both the sprayer and the main tap. We really like the feel of it and it looks great in our kitchen. I'm really happy I replaced my faucet and that the price was reasonable. Considering a VIGO for my bathroom now.

I have been using the sink for several months after a kitchen remodel to make it more handicapped accessible. The only thing that would make it better would be if the faucet and sprayer were 12" to 15" from the back instead of the 9" since the back of the sink is 18".

It's an awesome faucet, but it does have a few areas of improvement. The pot filler should really be about another 2-4 inches longer. The Sprayer needs ~40% fewer holes, or a sliding plate under the face to reduce flow and increase pressure. Still, it's an awesome faucet and I do recommend it.

looks a little out of place in our kitchen but after using your faucet everyone loves it. It is truly a quality piece of work. We have had numerous faucets over last 10 years, all the name brands and I am done changing them. I believe Vigo has solved my dilemma.Thank You

This is a very nice faucet and spray unit. Packaging was done very well to protect the unit during shipping. Assembly instructions and materials made installation very easy and all material except plumber's putty was included. The spray is very strong and easily covers the majority of the sink basin. The faucet is nicely finished and provides good water flow. The only item I found lacking was the length of the spray hose, it is very difficult to get material out of the sink to the drain from the sink corners. Overall, I am very pleased with this unit.
