As the victim of a similar, cheaper product, I am so pleased I purchased this one! Quality is obvious. Even the instruction manual is precise, clear and written in my native tongue. Plan to purchase another one soon.

Looks and works good. A bit taller than expected. And the cold and hot lines were labeled backwards and need to get them switched as it was not the plumber that hooked it up wrong.

New purchase, but was easy to install. No leaks so far. Water pressure is awesome! A lot better that previous pull down faucet. I would recommend to all my friends and family as they already love it!

We just installed this and we are happy with it. It is a bit on the larger side, so if you want something dainty, look elsewhere. It is very functional for what we need - washing and rinsing dishes.

I live the look, unfortunately it drips out the “pot filler” when I’m using the sprayer. Any suggestions? I haven’t had time to phone or email for Support yet.

We just installed this but already I love it! It has a flip ring that allows you to run the sprayer hands free. Disregard the unfinished kitchen in the photo, it already looks amazing!

Replacing a Rohl product which served us well for 15 years. This looks to be far superior in fit and finish. Install is a month or so away but if it works as good as it looks this product is a winner.
