I bought this faucet a couple of years ago and I love it. It is great quality, much more substantial than the brands found on the shelf of a big box store. Very functional also! After more than two years the small button that gets pushed in by the sprayer handle broke off, so the sprayer would no longer work. I used the Vigo customer service chat to inquire about getting a replacement sprayer. He found my original order and within just a few moments had processed the order for the replacement parts. No hassle, just great customer service! I would buy this faucet again!

This faucet has 1 feature that many of the other faucets like this do not. The pot filler is the main outlet and it has a good heavy stream. To use the sprayer just pull the handle and you can lock it in place so that you can use both hands to work with your food.

I've had this installed for a few weeks now. The build quality is top notch. All moving parts are solid but smooth. Having a separate head for the flex/sprayer is wonderful for reduced complication of having a pull-out type hose. Each arm can be quickly moved around as needed. I'm very happy with this product.

This is my second spray kitchen faucet from Vigo! Customer service is outstanding! I had several parts replaced over an eight year period with the first faucet and the technicians were very knowledgable and helpful. I just had my second faucet installed and love it more than the first! I would highly recommend Vigo ....... Ask for Steve at the 800 number.....he is The Best!

There's a small rubber washer zip tied to the male end of the spray hose. The instructions don't tell you where to put it. I detached it fro the hose and put it in the female end of the faucet tower (since it was on that end of the hose, that seemed logical). Otherwise I love the faucet... the instructions just need some more clarity.

Just purchased and installed this unit. It’s gorgeous -very sturdy heavy duty solid. The major drawback which was not known at time of purchase - you cannot isolate the sprayer from the pot filler /spigot. There is no way to operate them separately- as a result the pressure in the sprayer is poor. Has this been made obvious in the description-would have sought to find one that does allow you to shut of pot filler when using sprayer. Maybe there is a model that offers the option. If so. Much prefer that one !! Otherwise it’s beautiful.

Bought this faucet for a complete kitchen remodel. This faucet received many compliments. Everyone loves to use it when they are in my kitchen. We had it for over six months now and love it. There was a leak from where the spray head joined with the hose, my husband fixed it by adding a rubber ring and some plumber's tape. No leak since then.

This faucet has fantastic features! From the hand spray to the pot filler, it strikes a beautiful presence in the kitchen. This was the first Vigo product I purchased and I have since invested in a shower tower and a shower enclosure, precisely because I was so impressed with the quality.

We loved this faucet at our last home so much I was almost glad for the chance to install another in our new home--which had a defective kitchen faucet. The only improvement I can think of would be a longer sprayer handle. The metal parts of the sprayer get hot after extended use with hot water. This can get uncomfortable for people with large hands.

I haven"t installed yet. It looks great. I ordered a deck plate to cover the two holes opposing the center hole. I called Vigo because the deck plate doesn’t have a gasket to help seal the plate for water under it. The service tech, Chis said gasket no needed since the two hole cover would cover the hole well. Also said I could use some silicon around edge of plate to seal it.
