This faucet is huge. It's really very attractive and adds a great look to my kitchen. I've never heard of Vigo but I'm very impressed and made my decision after reading the reviews and the lifetime guarantee. This faucet is heavy and well made. It was very well packaged and arrived in one day. I gave it 4 stars because I'd suggest one modification. The arm of the sprayer needs to be longer than the faucet arm, so that the faucet can swivel left to right without having to remove the sprayer to cross over.

Just installed this faucet...looks great and quality materials. Everything working great. Couple notes I would share if you're about to install yours: * The booklet diagram doesnt make it 100% clear the order of fasteners. Looking from the vantage of under the sink, from top to bottom it's: Plastic holder (flat part flush to counter under the sink), rubber ring, metal ring, metal nut) * It's says use plumbers tape (provided). I didnt except for when I attached the spray hose to the central unit -- and that was the only place it leaked. Note that the smaller washer they provided is for that part (not labelled in booklet diagram). I removed the teflon tape, and reattached -- no leak. Obviously, do whatever works for you. Also people said the pot filler arm wasnt far enough out into the sink? I have no problems, and cant see how it would be unless your faucet hole is very far from the sink. * There's no tap control on the pot filler portion (my last faucet did have that). But it's simple...if the spray head is on, the pot filler is off, and vice versa. I hope this lasts a long time, it looks great and works well so far!

We were looking for a faucet with a separate sprayer and pot filler like this one, it is one of the only ones we found (if not _THE_ only one) with fully independent controls for the pot filler and sprayer so you can use either one, or both. Installation was very easy with clear instructions. The faucet was very well packaged and seems very sturdy and well designed. We bought it on sale at home depot for a reasonable price compared to similar models. It was a major upgrade from our previous faucet.

Overall quality of this faucet is great. It feels just as solid as it looks. I'd recommend this faucet to anyone looking for a faucet that really stands out in their kitchen. The only issue we ran into was the sprayer gradually came loose with use. Easy fix though - went to the hardware store and got a small rubber washer, unscrewed the sprayer - popped on the washer and tightened it back up - never an issue again.

Just installed and turned on works like a charm. The movement of the faucet and spray arm are amazing. This setup will make my wife and my life much happier. When it arrived in the mail I couldn't believe how heavy it was. My only concern is staying secured to countertop. If your fastening design is anything like the faucet then no worries

I would recommend to anyone. Very functional, versatile and stylish. This product is very well made, solid and should last a long time. This is the second one that I bought for our home - first one we left when we moved to our new home. I would have taken had I had the time to take apart and re-install the old faucet. I love the pot filler option. This faucet looks big when you first install, but you get used to it.

I purchased this faucet online. The water pressure from the spray hose was not very strong. Christian, my customer support rep, was extremely responsive. He explained how to fix the pressure. When that didn't completely work, he immediately sent out a new hose and nozzle. It works so well now! The pressure in both the spray and the pot filler nozzle is strong. We really like the faucet and would definitely recommend Vigo. (Thanks Christian)

I was actually VERY pleasantly surprised by the quality and heavy duty feel of this Kitchen Faucet. The packaging was very high end and instructions were easy to follow. Diagrams made it very easy to instal. Love that the hose to the sprayer was sleeved. It always gets attention and compliments from everyone that sees it. The sprayer works great with good flow, and the pot filler is very sturdy and also has good flow. The height may be an issue if you don't have the space.The construction of the entire faucet was solid matte gold finish and very heavy duty feeling. The install was simple as I am a true novice and did the entire replacement in about 30 minutes. I will definitely consider VIGO for my future purchases and give it a 5 star.

I've had this installed for a few weeks now. The build quality is top notch. All moving parts are solid but smooth. Having a separate head for the flex/sprayer is wonderful for reduced complication of having a pull-out type hose. Each arm can be quickly moved around as needed. I'm very happy with this product.

Great tall height of the pot filler which makes filling tall water bottles/brita pitcher/ humidifier tanks a BREEZE! Also causes lots of splashing due to our shallower sink. Def would work better with a deeper sink, but we love it so much and used to wipe up after using our other faucet too, so its not a problem for us! The sprayer attachment makes dishes easy! The brushed finish is beautiful too and does not show fingerprints like polished fixtures.
