It comes in an easy to swallow, pre-filled, capsule. Goes down smooth and does not upset my stomach at all. I will definitely continue taking this as it has with my energy but I can say that in the few weeks i have been taking it, I haven't lost any weight from it. Maybe I need to give it more time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've taken this product 2x a day for two weeks, I'm not sure if I needed to be taking it longer for it to have an effect on me. I did not loose even a pound and my energy was the same which is disappointing. I lead a semi-active lifestyle (go to the gym 4x a week/I'm a single mother of a 3 year old) and I try to eat as healthy as I can. I was truly hoping this product would help with my energy level as well as enable me to loose a few pounds, and it just did not live up to my expectations.

Most of the reviews were positive but, there were a few negative ones. The negative reviews claimed to cause hot flashes, nausea and jitters. Because of this, I waited until the weekend to try this. I took this on an empty stomach and drank a cup of coffee. I kept waiting for these awful side effects but they never came. It was the complete opposite. Lean fire gave me energy, curbed my appetite and also put me in a good mood. The effects lasted long enough to only take one pill. I also didn't have any trouble sleeping after taking Lean Fire. I've taken this a few more times since then and still have the same effects. I'd recommend this to friends and family if they were looking for something stronger than coffee and an appetite suppressant.

No nasty flavor after taking it, no jitters either, and the ingredients sound promising. Now for the cons... I didn't notice any real change even with regular diet and exercise. I didn't notice a difference in my body or energy levels. Maybe with a longer trial period I would see actual results, but with a 2 week supply, I don't think it truly did justice as far as being able to see if it really makes a difference or not.

On days when I normally would feel sluggish and not want to complete my cardio and weight lifting routines, this definitely gave me the extra push to get it done. I dont see any weight loss with this product. But exercise and working out, for me, is not necessarily about loosing weight as it is, getting healthier through movements and that definitely has helped me stay active. I do not feel any light headedness, nausea, or extreme "sugar rush" and shakiness with this either. I would definitely recommend this as a workout energy supplement.

The pills are on the larger side but I found them easy to take. I've managed to take a few pounds off and this probably helped combined with better eating and working out again after the holidays. I haven't noticed any side effects.
