In following a strict diet and exercising 5 days a week, I have seen enhanced weight loss than what I would normally see. I did not have any side effects from it.

So instead of taking 2 capsules a day, I only took once everyday. And even with just one capsule, it gave me energy ALL DAY! Before I started taking the capsule, I've been very sluggish all throughout the day. I don't drink coffee or anything with caffeine, but this definitely gave me all the energy I need, plus more! It got me staying up late! With a balanced diet and moderate exercise, I was able to lose 5lbs in 3 weeks! Pros: 1. It definitely gave me energy all day! 2. Helped me lose 5lbs in 3weeks. 3. No aftertaste or anything. Cons: The only thing I didn't like about this, is that it made me super jittery ALL DAY. I feel like my heart was gonna jump out of my body. Overall, this is a great weight loss supplement. I would still recommend this to my friends, but definitely not for the faint of heart.

I took it the way it says to and i exercise daily and i eat right and it did not help in anyway. It didnt help me loose weight, it didnt help with my appetite, it did nothing. Just another weight loss promise that cannot be delivered. Will not buy this product ever.

I am already noticing great changes not only in my weight but my energy during the day as well. I would highly recommend this to those that don't have enough time to hit the gym but have certain personal goals they would like to meet. I also started riding my bike and trying to eat better ( only one piece of pizza instead of 3 for dinner ) at the same time. I have noticed it helps control my appetite , gave me an energy boost , and more focus. I did not feel jittery. Like I said its been working for me.
