I took it as prescribed on the bottle and seemed to be just as hungry at lunch time a d just as tired in the afternoon. I did not lose any weight either.

It curved my appetite so I wasn't hungry for no reason. It also helped me as far as having the energy to fight through my physical therapy. No nasty flavor after taking it, no jitters either, and the ingredients sound promising. Now for the cons... I didn't notice any real change even with regular diet and exercise. I didn't notice a difference in my body or energy levels. Maybe with a longer trial period I would see actual results, but with a 2 week supply, I don't think it truly did justice as far as being able to see if it really makes a difference or not.

Once I added my gym routine to it, the capsules helped me go longer. What I did not expect was the crash. Well, maybe crash isn't the correct word. Every evening I felt exhausted, ready for bed before 7pm. I felt like no matter what I did I was not getting enough rest. Appetite lessened a bit, but no noticable weight loss. Possible 3 weeks, with sporadic gym visits just isn't enough.

I took the recommended dosages, but still felt jittery and hot. Maybe this is just me, but I felt so weird and uncomfortable.
