I felt more of a jolt from a cup of coffee!! I'm sorry !! I love trying new products but save your money!! Go to Starbucks and get a cold brew !!

Maune I would have to take it longer ? 30 capsules I guess wasnt enough to see any results . Not sur eif I would buy this .

I followed the instructions and took before any food, and I didn't get any jitters like other fat burners typically do. I felt nice clean energy and was able to get great workouts in at the gym with it. I completely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you take as directed you will notice an increase in energy. It'sa nice steady energy that doesn't spike or drop off and leave you tired. I appreciate that effect as some weight loss thermogenics leave you feeling funny or super tired when it wears off. I haven't noticed a weight loss yet, but have kept energy up to do my workouts. No bad side effects and I will continue using this product.

I have missed a few days here and there, honestly, but even so, I felt a HUGE difference in my energy levels within an hour of taking it. It was a different kind of energy though, not a heart-racing, jittery, shakey energy. It was more of a, I have 5 kids, 3 are sick and I haven't slept in days, but now have the energy to clean my house and disinfect everything! Kind of energy. I LOVE it! I have taken other weight loss medications that caused that heart race feeling and I didnt like it at all. With that being said, I did lose 4 pounds in those 3 weeks. That might not sound like much to you, but to me it's great! I honestly have not changed my diet, or exercise regime. The ONLY thing I have done differently, is taking Force Factor. So I 100% attribute it to that! Had I taken it twice a day, every day, I'm willing to bet it would have been more. Let alone had I actually exercised or counted calories. I definitely need to buy another bottle when I'm really ready to buckle down. The extra pounds will just fall off!

I take 2 caps before my lunch and seems to help curb appetite. That's all I take in a day b/c I already have trouble sleeping so I don't want these to affect that anymore. I do not get jittery with these like some make me. Easy to take capsules.

After taking just the first capsule I noticed I was not as tired throughout the day and most importantly was not looking for my next snack! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a quick fix, you still have to put in the work. Product claims to increase energy, boost metabolism, lose weight quickly. So far I am not noticing a huge energy increase. My metabolism hasn't budged much if at all yet. I have lost some water weight, but no great numbers as of yet. I would definitely need more time to properly use and review this product. 15 days (30 capsules twice daily) isn't enough time to reach full potential.

Just enough to beet the midday slump This does seem to suppress the appetite so you do not feel like you want to eat. I did not have any noticeable side effects. No shakes, dizziness or anything really, especially this did not upset my stomach like other products i have tried.
