I am not sure if it's from the Lean Factor or Lean Factor plus a new exercise program but either way I am happy with the results. I can work full-time and have enough energy to still take care of my toddler, cook, clean, and work out! Couldn't do that before.

I take caffeine/stimulant supplements pretty frequently so I have a pretty significant tolerance even so, it did make me a bit jittery. The jitteriness did subsided after a few days of taking it.

I have tried a few weightloss pills hoping to find a magic cure for being fat. Without diet and exercise I feel that there is no magic pill. With that being said my diet is not the best and my life is hectic after a move far away from home and a new job. When taking this product I felt like I did have more energy at work. However, I did not lose any weight during my week of trying this. Again, it is most likely due to my not so healthy eating habits and lack of exercise. I would be willing to give their product another try at a later time to see how it would work doing everything the right way.

I've ALWAYS been sensitive to fat burners or any weight loss pills due to majority of them having some kind of caffeine or stimulant. These are the first pills I didn't get dizzy or jittery on. I wasn't expecting much of any weight loss (I've taken pills for 18 days now) because I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which makes it very, very difficult to lose weight. What I did notice: I have energy and I feel like I have a brain fog that has been cleared. I didn't do any exercise while taking these pills because I wanted to see what they would do. So far, I've lost 2 pounds. 18 days, with no change to diet and no exercise...that's awesome for me since it's difficult for me to lose weight. Even if these pills didn't contribute to weight loss, I will continue to use them because of how much energy and how good I feel taking them. I can only imagine how great these would work on the average person with no PCOS.

It gave me energy, I don't feel hungry and it feels like I having been losing fat! (Of course I have been working out as well). I do recommend it!

Maune I would have to take it longer ? 30 capsules I guess wasnt enough to see any results . Not sur eif I would buy this .

He said it's one of the best supplements he has tried for increasing his metabolism and energy. He said the supplement lives up to the name. He has already asked me to buy more for him. Just enough to beet the midday slump This does seem to suppress the appetite so you do not feel like you want to eat. I did not have any noticeable side effects. No shakes, dizziness or anything really, especially this did not upset my stomach like other products i have tried.
