Got thru my workouts without feeling tired. Would recommend taking with food, taking initially on an empty stomach did cause me some nausea.

I had to make sure to drink a lot of water too if not your kidneys will hurt. I did not like the heat I felt for the inside but it did make me less hungry. The first time was combined with a low carb diet and exercise and that combination helped me to lose 70lbs in order to qualify me to donate my kidney. I didn't feel shaky or on edge. It literally helped me to no feel hungry all the time and make the most of my workouts. Definitely something to buy!

It is difficult for me to gauge when to take it. 30-60 minutes before eating is hard for me to plan around. I'm either eating right now or in more than an hour, so it has taken a lot of focus to get the timing correctly. The bottle says to not take within 4 hours of bed, but that does not seem to be enough time for me. I typically fall asleep within minutes of laying down for bed. This past week, I've had troubles falling asleep. Last night it was over an hour before I fell asleep. At that point it had been over 8 hours since I took the last pill. I don't feel jittery or like I've got restless leg syndrome or feel any other side effects during the day All that being said, I have managed to lose two pounds this week, without substantially altering my diet or exercise. So I will continue taking the product for the duration. I'm hoping that it will kickstart my body into losing the weight, as managing my food and exercising on the regular have not done the trick.

I am very happy that I didn't get a stomach ache like I have with other pills similar to these. I think if I continue to take these I will keep losing the weight I want and accomplish my goal weight. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't taken LeanFire too long. Going on 4 days now. I have lost 1.5 pounds without changing my lifestyle at all. However, I hate to say that it could just be water weight. I feel to have a really good experience with this product it should take at least 2 weeks. The capsule is sort of easy to swallow unless it gets caught on tongue and the it gets difficult. I would like to see this product in an easier to ingest format. Aside from that I have no other negative responses.
