I now have the energy I need to get through my afternoon workouts without losing steam halfway through I'm also thrilled to report that I've lost SEVEN pounds in this time frame, so of course, I am absolutely THRILLED! I didn't change my diet from what I was already doing in this time frame, so it would seem that Leanfire is really revving up my metabolism. Very, very happy with this product!

I used this product to kickstart myself back into my workout routine, although its not an intense workout. Aside from being slightly more sweaty than i expected, i feel that this product did everything it claimed to. I felt like i had more energy during the day and more stamina for my workouts. Since I didn't weigh myself, I cant be positive on weight loss, in terms of the number, but i do notice a difference in the way my clothing fits, so I will add that to the benefits of this product.

It did however give me a big boost of energy after taking it. I also would suggest not taking it at least 6 hours before bedtime because the energy keeps going. I would not use this as a weight loss supplement as I did not get any results. However, if I needed an energy support I would consider this product. I did get a bit of a tingly body feeling from it and it definitely increased my heart rate a bit according to my heart monitor. Overall, I would not purchase this product again.

It also provides a nice energy boost without making you feel jittery or wanting to run in circles all day. I have lost 2 pounds in the time frame in which i first consumed the product but i cannot tell you if it is due to the product or my diet and exercise regimen, hence the 4 star rating, I would recommend this product for the appetite suppressant and energy boosting qualities.

Almost seems like too much weight loss in a short amount of time. But I have noticed a considerable amount of energy I hadn't had before however, the energy crash makes me truly tired and energy less. At this point I feel like I'm gaining some and losing some from this supplement. It provides weight loss but it also gives you a crash feeling for myself that is, which doesn't make me feel all that great. Being a Mom and wife can keep me on a busy life style and I don't like energy crashes. I have to keep up with caffeine and healthy sugars and fats to keep my energy level at a comfortable point so I can go through my day. I'm overall not a fan of this product due to the side effects but I won't beat it down because I know not all will relate the way I did. I just don't recommend it from my own experience.
