Maune I would have to take it longer ? 30 capsules I guess wasnt enough to see any results . Not sur eif I would buy this .

It didn't help curb cravings or feel fuller. If you are looking for a good energy boost before the gym this is awesome!

It also seemed like if I was going to eat a big meal as long as I took it to 30 minutes before as directed I was not as hungry during that meal. With that being said make sure that you eat enough or you won't feel well.

This supplement suppressed my appetite too. In my opinion it's one of the best diet / weight loss supplement I've ever tried. It gave me energy to bust through my morning workout. I took one in the morning before breakfast and then one late afternoon before dinner. I did see results starting to form. If I had a full 30 day supply I would be able to report and share results. I was supplied with 2 weeks worth of products. I currently use a metabolism booster and replaced it with this for the two weeks. I can say I will be replacing my current with Force Factor. I didn't get any jitters or any of those other side effects you typically get these types of products. I'm looking forward to purchasing more supply of these products and get my summer body ready!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't taken LeanFire too long. Going on 4 days now. I have lost 1.5 pounds without changing my lifestyle at all. However, I hate to say that it could just be water weight. I feel to have a really good experience with this product it should take at least 2 weeks. The capsule is sort of easy to swallow unless it gets caught on tongue and the it gets difficult. I would like to see this product in an easier to ingest format. Aside from that I have no other negative responses.

Most of the reviews were positive but, there were a few negative ones. The negative reviews claimed to cause hot flashes, nausea and jitters. Because of this, I waited until the weekend to try this. I took this on an empty stomach and drank a cup of coffee. I kept waiting for these awful side effects but they never came. It was the complete opposite. Lean fire gave me energy, curbed my appetite and also put me in a good mood. The effects lasted long enough to only take one pill. I also didn't have any trouble sleeping after taking Lean Fire. I've taken this a few more times since then and still have the same effects. I'd recommend this to friends and family if they were looking for something stronger than coffee and an appetite suppressant.
