The first time I took it I didn't like the initial burst of energy. It kind of made me anxious and I only took one pill that day. I didn't have breakfast was on a empty stomach when I had lunch so i'm thinking that is why I felt it so hard. It wasn't so unpleasant that it made me want to quit. So the next day I had a light breakfast and took the pill before lunch and I was fine. there is definitely a boost in energy and I noticed the numbers going down on the scale. I lost about 4 pounds in a little over a week, which i was happy about.

However, I did not have any change in weight or body fat while using it. It could be good to use for a nutritional supplement, but don't expect drastic results.

Yes I had increased energy, but even with proper diet and exercise (I go to the gym regularly), I noticed no significant weight loss as compared to my diet and exercise without this supplement. The only reason for 2 stars is because it did give me added energy, but did not perform on the fat burning or increases metabolism as promised.

I chose to take the pill daily 30 minutes prior to breakfast and lunch and never felt a drop of energy throughout the day. I did notice I wasn't snacking so much, so it probably helped curve my appetite as well. I would definitely consider continuing to take this product in hopes of seeing some sort of weight loss as well!
