It curved my appetite so I wasn't hungry for no reason. It also helped me as far as having the energy to fight through my physical therapy. I can't wait to try it when I'm fully recovered and trying to loose more weight to live a longer healthier life.

It gave me energy, I don't feel hungry and it feels like I having been losing fat! (Of course I have been working out as well). I do recommend it!

I've ALWAYS been sensitive to fat burners or any weight loss pills due to majority of them having some kind of caffeine or stimulant. These are the first pills I didn't get dizzy or jittery on. I wasn't expecting much of any weight loss (I've taken pills for 18 days now) because I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which makes it very, very difficult to lose weight. What I did notice: I have energy and I feel like I have a brain fog that has been cleared. I didn't do any exercise while taking these pills because I wanted to see what they would do. So far, I've lost 2 pounds. 18 days, with no change to diet and no exercise...that's awesome for me since it's difficult for me to lose weight. Even if these pills didn't contribute to weight loss, I will continue to use them because of how much energy and how good I feel taking them. I can only imagine how great these would work on the average person with no PCOS.

This gives me a great motivated energy. I'm combining lean fire with diet and exercise and I have lost 4lbs this week! My only issue is that I forget to take it before my 2 biggest meals. I cook all our meals and don't always remember in the time frame recommended.

I have been able to shed the unwanted fat without the post-workout crash. I am very pleased with my results. This stuff works, and works well. I prefer to take one before lunch, and another before dinner, and I only take them on days where I am eating clean, and getting in exercise after work. Whether I am powerlifting, doing DDP Yoga, or keeping it simple on the rotary bike or elliptical, I am finding that I am losing 3-4 lbs per day with this product.

I can tell my metabolism is boosted because I feel more hunger. It definitely works well for helping lean out. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because I don't think it's good to rely on thermogenics for long-term, but I would recommend if a friend wanted a kickstart for 8 weeks or so!

I've used them on their own, and also with diet and exercise. All they do is upset my stomach and curb my appetite the smallest amount. I still get hungry every 3 hours, the weight I've lost is from my own hard work, not weight loss/diet pills. There's never an energy boost and it does not affect my metabolism, nor does it make me hot or sweat. It may work for some, and it may give a nice placebo affect to others, which is why I gave it 3 stars.
