This gave me a decent amount of energy with only a slight amount of jitters. I felt my appetite was about the same but it didn't make me feel nauseous like some other supplements which is good. I did experience weight loss and a definite loss of water weight/bloating.The price point is fairly high in my opinion.

While taking LEANFIRE, I felt too jittery to feel good about using it as a weight-loss aid. I was psyched to try this product as the idea of losing weight while having increased energy are both appealing. While taking LEANFIRE, I felt jittery as if I'd had a large dose of caffeine. I'm not a coffee or soda drinker so it was easy to follow the product recommendations to limit the use of caffeine-containing medications and foods while taking this product. Still, the recommended dose still gave me an uneasy feeling. Weight loss wise, I'm still ok without this supplement. I did lose over 20% of my body weight last year without using supplements. I'll continue working towards my goal as a slow turtle instead of a fast hare.

But this one you can take without any of the side effects. I can tell that it curbs my appetite and makes me feel fuller longer. I was looking for something to help me shed the water weight I tend to retain and give me an energy boost. I eat a whole food plant based diet, the energy was short lived and I crashed by the time I was ready to have a lunch break, so I took 2x the recommended dose and had no appetite supression. They're easy to take since you only need 2 a day and there's no aftertaste. I ate better and kept up my exercise but noticed no real change in my weight or otherwise. It curved my appetite so I wasn't hungry for no reason. It also helped me as far as having the energy to fight through my physical therapy. I can't wait to try it when I'm fully recovered and trying to loose more weight to live a longer healthier life.
