This supplement really gets me amped up before the gym or Camp Gladiator. I've only taken it for a few weeks now and I do feel like it is helping with fat burn. I've also noticed it also seems like an appetite suppressant as I'm not feeling quite as hungry.

I didn't really notice much change initially the first day or two but by day 3 and 4 I definitely noticed an improvement in my energy level and actually a bit of a curbed appetite between meals so I really liked that aspect of it. However, on the weight loss side of it I did not notice any real appreciable weight loss during the time I have been taking Leanfire. I workout about 3-4 times a week in the gym strength training and another day or two when possible doing cardio, so I sort of expected to see some improved results of weight loss during this time but just haven't seen it. Overall I would use this again as a way to provide energy without the crash that sugars provide and the curbing of appetite but not sure I can endorse this as a weight loss agent, at least for me.

I didn't lose a ton of weight, it I was down a pound after using it for the 3 weeks. I found that I was able to make it through the day without feeling as hungry. I did not feel as though this made me jittery as some like products have done to me in the past. The pills are on the small side, so that made them easy to swallow. The cons: I was hoping to lose a little more weight in the 3 weeks, but I also was not able to work in regular work-outs while I was taking it, so that could be why. I also found that I was getting headaches. I'm not sure that it was from taking Lean Fire, but I haven't had them since I finished the pills.

I take caffeine/stimulant supplements pretty frequently so I have a pretty significant tolerance even so, it did make me a bit jittery. The jitteriness did subsided after a few days of taking it.

I am not sure if it's from the Lean Factor or Lean Factor plus a new exercise program but either way I am happy with the results. I can work full-time and have enough energy to still take care of my toddler, cook, clean, and work out! Couldn't do that before.
