I feel like I was more easily satiated at my meal and that it helped with metabolism. I've been reaching some of my nutrition goals with effective help from the Leanfire. I also did not have any sort of jitters or ill side effects. I will definitely be using this product more, and keep recommending it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a large red-toned capsule that is a bit tough to swallow. It probably is just me and my lack of desire to swallow pills. I did notice within an hour of ingesting the capsule, I felt more alert. I had the desire to get things done. What I didn't have was the urge to eat. It really does subside hunger, especially boredom related eating. I felt perky, energetic with a side of overly pushy to get things done. The only negative I experienced was a touch of nausea for a short amount of time after taking it.

I am very happy that I didn't get a stomach ache like I have with other pills similar to these. I think if I continue to take these I will keep losing the weight I want and accomplish my goal weight. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking the Force Factor LeanFire supplements for about 2 weeks now and have noticed a little more energy throughout the day and no jittery feeling at all, but it's more than likely because I drink coffee and caffeine doesn't affect me the way it would affect someone that doesn't drink beverages that contain caffeine. I did notice that I am a bit more energetic during spin class and strength training and that's a plus! Aside from the added energy, I didn't lose any additional weight on this supplement (yes I do work out daily and watch what I eat) and actually did notice a slight weight gain with no changes to my diet (I did not eat more, did not eat less) recently after having added this supplement to my daily routine. With the exception of added energy, this product didn't do much for me as far as weight loss or burning fat faster. I would, however, still recommend this to someone that needs the extra energy and motivation to exercise regularly or help with eating less to encourage weight loss.
