They're easy to take since you only need 2 a day and there's no aftertaste. I ate better and kept up my exercise but noticed no real change in my weight or otherwise. It's not a bad product it just didn't do anything for me.

I'm usually pretty hesitant about taking weight loss supplement as most of them do not work and have questionable ingredients in them. I used the whole bottle of these Lean Fire pills and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. They did give me a lot more energy and seemed to curb my cravings. I was worried about any side effects but I did not experience any. Not sure if I actually lost any weight but I will definitely buy another bottle and continue to use it and see if I do.

However, I hate to say that it could just be water weight. I feel to have a really good experience with this product it should take at least 2 weeks. The capsule is sort of easy to swallow unless it gets caught on tongue and the it gets difficult. I would like to see this product in an easier to ingest format. Aside from that I have no other negative responses.

The pills are on the larger side but I found them easy to take. I've managed to take a few pounds off and this probably helped combined with better eating and working out again after the holidays. I haven't noticed any side effects.

It curved my appetite so I wasn't hungry for no reason. It also helped me as far as having the energy to fight through my physical therapy. I can't wait to try it when I'm fully recovered and trying to loose more weight to live a longer healthier life.

I eat a whole food plant based diet, the energy was short lived and I crashed by the time I was ready to have a lunch break, so I took 2x the recommended dose and had no appetite supression. Wouldn't purchase.
