I have definitely noticed an increase in energy. In terms of weight loss, that still remains to be seen. My weight fluctuates on a weekly basis 3-5lbs so I will have to see where I'm at after some more time has passed. However, for just the energy boost alone, I find Leanfire a better alternative than energy drinks that are packed with tons of sugar as well.

I didn't change anything, other than I bought a bag of apples so added those to my daily regimen! Over 4 weeks, I lost 6 pounds. This product is different ! I had amazing energy , but I was not jittery , like with other brands I've tried . I've already lost a few pounds and can't wait to see where I will be with continued use!

Pre-workout isn't for everyone, but this doesn't make you jittery, but it will increase your heart rate and give you a little jolt if you are tired before your workout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary sample bottle, and I've been using it per the instructions (2 capsules daily, 30 minutes before either eating or exercising) for the past week. Since I started Weight Watchers at the beginning of the year, I haven't been working out as hard as normal so I decided to take these before eating. Similar products to this sometimes makes my heart race and cause me to feel nauseated, but Leanfire just gives me an extra pep in my step. I don't feel jittery at all, so for this reason, I would recommend this to my friends and family. However, I'm not sure if it ACTUALLY works because I can't tell if I'm losing weight because of my diet or because of this product. I lost only 4 pounds in 27 days.

When used as directed I felt like it gave me a bit more energy, managed my appetite more than normal, and helped encourage me to make better food choices. I felt like after just a few days I could tell (by tracking) I was full but eating fewer calories and had more energy and focus when I went to work out. So far I'm down a couple of pounds but I feel like it will help me reach my goals quickly!

I'm usually pretty hesitant about taking weight loss supplement as most of them do not work and have questionable ingredients in them. I used the whole bottle of these Lean Fire pills and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. They did give me a lot more energy and seemed to curb my cravings. I was worried about any side effects but I did not experience any. Not sure if I actually lost any weight but I will definitely buy another bottle and continue to use it and see if I do.

After I eat my food, it feels as if I haven't eaten anything. My stomach feels empty and I start to feel queasy a bit. I had to adjust a bit with an increase in food portions to avoid these side effects. Once I did, it was perfect. I have energy, I'm not too full or too empty, I'm just right. This would be a five star product if it wasn't for me having to increase my food intake. I have to workout more, so I'm not gaining more muscles and stay trim. It's not a deal breaker but it is annoying.
