So I brought these into my routine and I felt a different in my own body. Not so much saw. But I felt better. It did give me a energy boost. Once i took it i actually got things done. Now I do notice that I had a few pounds drop but the site does day 30 days to see a difference. So i would still take these just for the fact i actually felt the energy boost.

I use this supplement with a very healthy/balanced whole foods diet & daily workouts ranging from 30-50 minutes and mostly high intensity. I have had this lifestyle long before starting LEANFIRE, so adding the supplement has helped get me off of my plateau. The only thing that I don't like about it are a few of the ingredients, specifically the dyes. Other than that, I would definitely recommend based on my success with it.
