During the trial period, Leanfire did provide me with more energy and appetite suppression. Day 1, I noticed that about 20-30 minutes after taking the first dose, I felt a bit jittery but after a few days, the jitters disappeared and my body adjusted. If you are one to drink a lot of caffeine during the day, I recommend cutting back while taking Leanfire. The Leanfire was successful at suppressing my appetite and providing me more stamina during my workouts. I never felt the 'crash' during the day like with most supplements and it did not interfere with my sleep. I will definitely recommend this product and plan on continuing to use it to reach my fitness goal and weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a large red-toned capsule that is a bit tough to swallow. It probably is just me and my lack of desire to swallow pills. I did notice within an hour of ingesting the capsule, I felt more alert. I had the desire to get things done. What I didn't have was the urge to eat. It really does subside hunger, especially boredom related eating. I felt perky, energetic with a side of overly pushy to get things done. The only negative I experienced was a touch of nausea for a short amount of time after taking it.

Once I added my gym routine to it, the capsules helped me go longer. What I did not expect was the crash. Well, maybe crash isn't the correct word. Every evening I felt exhausted, ready for bed before 7pm. I felt like no matter what I did I was not getting enough rest. Appetite lessened a bit, but no noticable weight loss. Possible 3 weeks, with sporadic gym visits just isn't enough.
