This was a great purchase. Quick to set up and easy yo do. works greats for our house. Tbf have not done the mop side of it just yet.

We love the every day if you want to vacuum you just send bObsweep out. It is easy to get carpets clean every day especially when you have dogs

Ran great for 2 months. Easy to set-up, good vacuum performance. Lidar stopped working. Support sluggish, returned unit to Sams.

We have 2 cats short/medium hair, no kids. After that said; our home is not a mess one but cat hair is always around. The room that we all hang out the most is the kitchen and my robocleaner does the job.

I'm very impressed with this vacuum. The robotics are amazing. The b0bsweep is able to recognize and avoid objects and stairs, all while sweeping under beds and heavy furniture throughout the house. I'd buy it again!

I absolutely love the Ultravision Vac/Mop.  It is quiet and does an amazing job of sweeping and mopping.  I am a bit technology deficient, so once I got the hang of it, it is really easy.  The customer support staff at bOsweep are extremely helpful and very nice to work with.  I am a true fan.

I'm so happy w/ bObsweep products. I have two. The first one I got was the dustin model. I liked it so much that I wanted another one. The app is very user friendly. Any question you have can be found on the app w/ their guides & how to videos. I like the convenience of being able to shop for anything you need for your models. I also am very pleased w/ the customer service. Every time I have put in an inquiry to them, they have gotten back to me swiftly & politely. They have always fixed any issue have so I will stay w/ bObsweep mainly for their customer service, but the product is great too.

My husband is a BIG comparison shopper, and he compared all of the different robot vacuums. bObsweep products had good reviews. However, we went with another brand and returned it, because it would turn away and not go under furniture. We decided to try the UltraVision. The set up was easy and we set it off to map. The map is incredibly accurate. We let it recharge and ran it to clean. After our previous robot vac would run for about 6 hours and required 3 recharges to complete our house, we didn't have high hopes that this one would be better, but bob did the floors in one charge. I thought it couldn't have done a good job, so I removed the dust bag and looked with a flashlight, and I was shocked at the amount of dirt and dust! It also picked up dirt that our previous model would have missed and went in places that the returned model turned from and wouldn't enter. As of tonight, we are pleased and are looking forward to hopefully having this unit for a long time. I will add that we like the warranty and the added dust bag, brush, filter and run time.

The floors in my home are mostly tile and hardwood. I bought the UltraVision because of its many features including a mopping attachment. The setup instructions were easy to follow and first mapping was quick and accurate. I can mop my house without refilling the large reservoir or having to recharge. The map functions are very versatile allowing for many vacuum or mop scenarios like no-mop or no-vacuum areas, splitting or combining rooms or hallways. The quick clean feature dispatches the robot to a designated room or area in a room that needs immediate attention. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my robot and would recommend it.

First purchase of a robot vacuum and it's a game changer. I purchased this about a month ago and am so happy with my purchase. I have a schedule that it vacuums early in the morning several times a week while we are asleep and wake up to a clean floor. You can map your house and schedule it to clean the whole house or just specific rooms. We have both carpet and laminate wood floors and cleans great on both. Keeps my floor free of pet hair. Would highly recommend this vacuum.
