Bought this last month, I have had a similar product over a decade ago and the improvement in technology is outstanding. It does a great job and has not gotten trapped or stuck anywhere in my home. The map is a little wonky, but serves its purpose and I have been able to block off my Christmas tree without any issue.

We've only had this robot vacuum for less than a week, and we're already blown away. It managed to map out our entire house in just two cleaning sessions. On the second day, we decided to test out the mopping feature, and it did a pretty good job - although it couldn't tackle really tough stains. It's gone from being just a simple vacuum to a versatile cleaning buddy, making chores a breeze. Now we can just sit back and focus on other things to clean. 😆

We continue to love our Bobsweeps.  That is why we purchased another one for our basement.  We program them both to sweep every day, and it saves us so much time and energy.  Our house has never been so clean.  I truly recommend this product to everyone who owns pets and dislikes vacuuming.

We have owned our Bobsweep ultravision for several months and are very satisfied with how well it cleans. We have a German Shepherd that sheds year round and the vauum does a good job getting all the hair up. I have used the mop setting only once and that's today. Setting it up is easy using the app settings for no mop zones. I don't think you'll regret gettingvthis vacuum. The self emptying feature is great. Our last robot vacuum we had to empty the bin after each cleaning which became a complete pain so we don't have to worry about that anymore. Cleaning the vacuum is fairly easy. The owners manual is a little vague on removing some of the parts so, I watched a couple of Youtube videos to learn how to take the vacuum apart for cleaning.

I'm so happy w/ bObsweep products. I have two. The first one I got was the dustin model. I liked it so much that I wanted another one. The app is very user friendly. Any question you have can be found on the app w/ their guides & how to videos. I like the convenience of being able to shop for anything you need for your models. I also am very pleased w/ the customer service. Every time I have put in an inquiry to them, they have gotten back to me swiftly & politely. They have always fixed any issue have so I will stay w/ bObsweep mainly for their customer service, but the product is great too.

We have been using our Bobsweep Ultravision for a.month or so and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is our first robotic vacuum so I cannot give any comparison but we are very impressed with this model. I was attracted to this brand since the mapping data isn't sold as well as the price, about 1/3 of the MSRP due to a Black Friday sale. Setup was very easy including the initial automatic mapping. The noise level is manageable at the medium suction level. We have 3 short haired, medium sized dogs and Bob, as we call it, picks up the hair and empties the vacuum easily. We did have an issue on the first use that the bin didn't empty but we that was because it was full from the first use. Since then, it has completely emptied the on storage bin. I would suggest either give your space(s) a good vacuum beforehand or monitor the dustbin during the initial clean.

Great robot vacuums and mops. Our Bob does an awesome job. He gets up at 10 am, every day and does his thing. Nothing stops these vacuums from doing their thing. Amazing bob vacuuming and mopping. Don't have to go behind and clean up after them at all. The app is very handy, too. Can set schedules and specific rooms you want done. And much more.

“Bob” (bObsweep’s nickname) is a welcome addition to our household routines. We bought “him” to help keep up with the dog hair left by our Golden super-shedder. The connection to the app took a little time in the beginning, but it is convenient to use and handy when we want to check on Bob’s progress or add an extra cleaning of any room. We remapped our 1500 sq.ft. house after finding out how Bob worked, then divided the rooms up. The unit runs 5 days a week at a set-time, making it easy to prep any rooms ahead of time. It’s amazing how clean the floors are now. With the amount of hair and sand we track in, it took a little over three months to fill the first bag.

I purchased this three months ago after doing extensive research. Before I did, i contacted the company and asked several questions. They replied promptly and addressed all of my concerns. I have long hair dogs and this vacuum does a great job keeping my home hair free. I have a one story home but was able to map three separate areas so I can vacuum each area at different times. I did have one issue and my call was answered promptly and a replacement part was mailed to me. I highly recommend this company, great customer service.

My husband and I love the convenience of our BoBsweep UltraVision as we are both older. It keeps our floors cleaner than ever. The set up and programming was easy and the app is also user friendly for us 72 year olds! We have the mopping feature and think it does a good job in the area we have it scheduled for. It’s was great value and we have been considering a second one for a vacation home. The maintenance is minimal and troubleshooting information is readily available in our user manual as well as online videos. This is a great product for busy families and older people with limited mobility.
