I cleaned the areas and placed several of these in different areas. They are not messy. All the mess stays inside the plastic box. I’ve seen no more mice after seeing some of the food eaten. I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our garage attracts mice in the winter, so I am using this to keep the mice population under control. We have children and pets, so it is very important that this is safe for them. The bait station has a clear lid so you can easily tell if there is remaining bait. Once the bait is eaten, you can throw away the entire station. I haven't seen any mice inside the bait station, but I know they have visited it because the bait has been partially eaten. Unlike a mouse trap, the mice leave to die. This is great when they exit the garage, but we have found one inside the garage that my husband had to remove. Overall, it seems to be working well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this out and after the second day the mice found it and started gnawing on it. I haven’t found any dead yet and haven’t smelled any dead ones. They have guit munching so that indicates their gone.

I had a rat under my ground level deck and put this bait station along its path for several days. It didn't look like it took a single nibble of bait. I ended up using a Tomcat brand plastic trap baited with salami that trapped but didn't kill the rat. I had to drown the rat in a bucket of water to kill it. Fun times!

Also we needed to make certain our pets were safe. This did the trick! Mice are gone, pets are safe, no mess to touch, just disposed of the box. I would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like killing things but I also dont like rodents in my house. I live in a rural area and we get mice in the house occasionally. I use the tomcat traditional mouse traps in my attic and in accessible places. They work extremely well and are super easy to set up.My dog can be attracted to them as I use peanut butter to lure the beasts and i am always afraid he will get his snout snapped. I decided to try the Tomcat Rat & Mouse Killer Child & Dog Resistant trap. Also super easy to set up. We haven't had any mice try it yet, but I feel good about having it out in the open with the dog being loose. I recommend them to all of my neighbors. Great product.

So we are giving this a try with high hopes of it working. This was ready to use right out of the box- didn’t have to touch the bait at all. I am glad that it is refillable with bait stations but im pretty sure you should wear gloves so you don’t actually touch the bait station. We placed it in a corner of the patio back yard and now we wait! I am hoping the varmints enjoy the flavor of the bait station and go tell all their friends where the party is happening!
