[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used tomcat mouse killer and other products in the past. I really like their products. I like this disposable station because it is kid and dog proof. You can use this anywhere in your home. It can also be used horizontally or vertically so it works well against appliances. It also has a clear see thru lid so it is easy to keep a check on the bait. I live out of town and have a large field beside my house so I usually have a mouse or two once or twice a year and these are the safest and easiest things to use to eliminate the problem. If you have not tried them you should give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i set this up before going to bed and in the morning a rat had already eaten half of a poison cake (housed inside the unit). we haven't seen this invader since, and no more signs of any varmints at all. Amazing! in ten hours, my rat problem was gone. In the intervening week, no signs of further rats, and no further gnawing on the poison. This may be premature, but i think this worked far better than traditional traps, which i have now thrown away as useless. I will continue to monitor the poison thru the see-thru window and move this unit around the house and yard. We originally thought we might need several units for our small house and yard, but this one may just be good enough. Thanks Tomcat! I'm very impressed by how effective this has been. we had an outdoor rat infestation, but are now living rat-free! ... thanks to this Tomcat bait box, as well as the items and measures taken below! ... | observations | • it takes two(2) bait chunks at a time • it is easy to open and load the bait chunks • it has a window to see and monitor the chunks without opening • it is water/outdoor resistant they consumed MOTOMCO rat bait with Bromethalin from these boxes and returned to their nests to perish in a few days... just as claimed! .few days after placing I’ve seen two dead mice Thank goodness because I tried everything and nothing worked ! if you want to keep it cheap and simple, then these Tomcat bait stations can not be beat, especially in this case lastly, best wishes to your soon rat-free life…. :-) Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tomcat Rat & Mouse Killer is an awesome product. I appreciate that it is safe around children and animals. Easy to use and you never have to touch the poison. The mice enter the bait station, eat the bait poison and then return to their nest. Within a day or two they are dead. Can't be any easier than that! Because the top is transparent, you know how much bait has been eaten. Great product to have, especially during the fall and winter months when these creatures are looking for a dry and warm place to inhabit. Great price, easy to use and great product for your home.

It was easy to use, had good overall directions and worked better than other products on the market. The disposal was the best. Not touching dead rodents is a major plus for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy this is to use, no traps to set or having to put food on it. It’s safe for my dogs and I can see that it is being eaten with the see through lid. So far I believe it is being eaten and hopefully will get rid of the critters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tomcat trap is very nicely made. The bate is well placed so your child or pets can't get it. There is a good amount of bate to keep knocking off those annoying pests. The trap is bulky but safety is important.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that the Tomcat Kid & Dog Resistant Disposable Station has done SOME good. Right after putting it out I noticed a real drop off in mouse activity in my garage but I haven't found any dead mice poisoned by the bait the station contained, though I haven't torn the garage apart looking for them either. I'll try repositioning the station and see how that works though I HAD placed it originally in an area where they should have been active and should have gotten to the poison. We'll give it some time yet, though nothing beats the old standby--wooden based metal-spring mouse traps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, this product was sent as a free sample to review. It is similar to the refillable station I also reviewed so you may see repeated comments. This being said, I must say I have used the bait in this Rat Killer disposable station prior to receiving this product. I was interested to see if this station will work. The bait definitely works BUT I have concerns about it being in the open with pets in the house and around the yard. Ok, so it is very easy to put the bait in the station and the directions are extremely easy to use. I put the station in the laundry room area where I have had rats in the past. I waited for 2 weeks before reviewing this product to give it an honest chance. At this time there are no rats so I cannot say it worked BUT the principle and the bait are extremely effective. As the weather gets cooler, the rats from the 4 acres next door that are never mowed except when the city dings them, those rats will be attempting to migrate to our yard for shelter and food. At that time I can see many rats caught with this station AND my pets will be safe. I especially appreciate it being disposable. No I really do not want to be the one to open it and dump the critter from the refillable station that it catches BUT I also don't want rats in the house. So, as you can guess, the disposable station much appreciated by the hubby. He is the designated rat disposer! :-) If possible, I will come back to this review at a later time with pictures and further comments on its effectiveness. BUT again, this bait works. Oh, I guess I forgot to say how. If you put this station out and forget you did, don't worry. The bait works to kill the rat and dehydrate it so there will be minimal small. Now you know why I appreciate and use this bait. Smell, nope no stink. Yes, you should use gloves when handling any chemicals.
