My reason for this is because I'm not exactly clear on how the product is designed to work and it is a pretty good size.I live in a very heavy wooded area and the mice are terrible. Just might be timing but after a week of having the trap box set out I still have not captured one. Once I catch my first mouse and figure out how it works I would be willing to try it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ended up having a family of rats in our garage and used the snap mouse traps. We never caught a rat with those traps. Ended up emptying out the whole garage to see if we could find the darn rats and leaving a couple cats in there to see if they could catch them. But they were all gone!? So now I just leave these type of mouse/rat traps in there JUST IN CASE! I’ve checked them a few times and nothing so that’s a good sign. However if we do catch one, I like the idea that they weren’t snapped into half and that we could just toss the whole disposable station away without ever having to touch the rat directly. Great invention!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quick and easy to set, caught the mouse the first night, gone, done, and tossed in the waste can, end of the mouse in the house. Made the wife very happy to not to see mouse or to hear the trap snap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just moved to a rural area and while I haven’t seen any rodents I just wanted to make sure we didn’t end up with a problem. We have animal feed so we placed these by them. Hopefully they work. It’s a pretty cool design. If a rodent gets inside you just throw it away. Which it was refillable though

I like how the top is clear see through so you know if the bait has been eaten and when done just throw the station out. These are made well and work great! I love that they are made in the USA and dog and child resistant. These are the easiest traps I have ever used and are my new favorite. They come preloaded and ready to go. I like that you can use these indoors or outdoors.

I HAVE PUT ONE IN MY BASEMENT.I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY MICE YET.I HOPE IF MICE DO COME IT WILL GET THEM .IT IS VERY WILL CONSTRUCTED.I FEEL LIKE IF MICE GET IN THE BASEMENT IT WOULD CAPTURE THEM.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to do what it is supposed to do. It is inside a plastic container like box where the mice can go in eat the poison and then leave. You don't have to worry about kids or dogs being able to get to the poison either.

Now this great product is available in a tamper proof container, which makes it so much easier to deploy. No more worrying about the neighborhood dogs getting into the rat poison.

Within days the effects were evident and now ten days later just leaving the pet safe hotel baited . thanks for the excellent controll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tomcat makes great pest defense mechanisms. I recently moved into a newly built home and I saw a few mice in the fields. That is why I got this. It worked like a charm. After a couple of weeks there were no more rats/mouses. I also got them because of the dog resistance. This way I do not have to worry about my pups getting into it.
