We put these up in Nov 2020 for outdoor Christmas lights around a balcony railing, windows and around the front door. They stayed on through the Holiday season even with high Texas wind, rain and ice. We left them in place for Christmas 2021 and they are still in place, hopefully for Christmas 2022. Occasionally one or two will come loose, but it is so easy to reattach a new strip. They work great!

So.... I use these clips for my kids' cups. They fit PERFECTLY for cups. I just put a sticker on the flat side so everyone knows which cup is theirs. We have 6 people and I got tired of seeing 12+ cups out because nobody ever remembered which cup was theirs. These work exactly how I want them to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had some extention cord just running on the ground in my back yard so I used these clips to get them of the ground. Easy to install and use. Doesn't make the attachment look bad on the house. I even used them in my house as well. Definitely I fan of these clips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these clips as a free sample from 3m. They are great and very easy to use. The plastic is thick so it doesnt break easily. The hook can be a little stiff so larger cords can be a little tough to slide in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work great in the cold nasty Michigan winter last year. I left them up all summer and they have not lost there grip. Love them. We have new siding and windows so these were just what we needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Command Outdoor light clips were both easy to initially use as they are to take down. The damage free is really true too. If you are a person who likes to decorate with lights for different holidays, then this is a perfect easy helper. you don't need to mess with a staple gun or anything like that, that would leave small holes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't tried it as I'm saving this for Christmas to hang Christmas lights outside the house windows. I liked how it was clear so it doesn't ruin the aesthetics of the Christmas lights or the window frames.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These smaller clips made it easy to hang on my porch since I have a iron railings that's pretty thin. The clear color is a great feature and makes the lights I hung look like they are just dangling from the rails without ugly colored holders. They withstood the weather, rain and sun on the porch. I can leave them up during seasonal changes without them looking tacky without lights and then hang decor as needed, like up coming next is St Patty's day and we hang glowing luck clover lights and then Easter with the Pastel Egg string lights.

My neighbor was going to hire someone to put up there holiday lights. I told them about the command strip outdoor light hooks, and said I thought we could do this without hiring some pros. We entourage out and made the purchase and about an hour or so later we put up the hooks with ease and completed a very nice lighting display using only the outdoor hooks. They just worked splendidly.

I bought a set of these on sale from Target for the holidays. Instead of using them outside, I used them inside on my regular walls. I cleaned the surface and then stuck the hooks on and waited a bit before trying to hang up the lights. I noticed when adhering the strips to the walls that some were stickier than others. As I was admiring the lights, some of the hooks with the less sticky adhesives came off the wall taking the lights down with it. My friends and family who were also looking up got hit with the lights. I have used other 3M Command strip products before and would recommend those to friends, but I would not for this particular product. Comparing the stickiness of the wall adhesive side to previous products I have used, it seemed old as if it had lost its stickiness. I was able to easily remove some hooks from the wall without even having to pull the tab, too.
