We had these regularly and as of late, it tastes like the recipe changed and the bacon is more fatty and pervasive. It used to be a nice balance and flavor but all you taste now is gross bacon.

These egg bites are absolutely delicious and quite filling. Huge positive is that they are gluten free. They are very tasty and such a quick and easy breakfast or protein snack. I will definitely be ordering these again!

I have been buying these as a weekly breakfast staple for over a year. The last two boxes I've purchased are absolutely terrible. They've had to of changed the recipe. Do not recommend and I'm super sad about it!

My family and I tried the Member's Mark Sous Vide Uncured Bacon and Three Cheese Egg Bites and they are delicious. They are very easy to make and my kids loved them. We paired them along with biscuits. They are as good as the one's from my favorite coffee house and much more affordable. As a working mom this was just the right for my busy schedule. I would highly recommend them.

These were actually so good, from the taste to the texture. Perfect portions for a quick and easy breakfast. I wasn’t too sure about these when I first pulled them out of the air fryer. I thought they would end up chewy or a weird texture… thankfully they were not! Will be getting again.

I used to buy these every couple of weeks for breakfasts at work and they were delicious - great texture and taste. I mainly bought them because they did NOT have Swiss cheese in them. Now the recipe has been changed and they are AWFUL. I literally couldn't finish them and threw them out. I can usually tolerate a bit of Swiss cheese but these were overwhelming and the texture has changed to be spongy and gross. Hate that Sam's continues to ruin good products and won't be buying these anymore. ☹️☹️

These are excellent. Packages really well and have extended use before dates, but they get eaten very quickly. Store in the fridge, air fryer is the best method. Quick and easy cook time. They taste great, better than a quiche. Have them for breakfast, lunch or as a protein alternative for dinner with some veggies and potatoes. Highly recommend for quality and the price you pay for them.

I used to love these and would buy 2 boxes at a time. The last 2 boxes I bought were AWFUL. I'm not sure what they did to the recipe, but I hope they change it back. I literally thought I had a bad couple of boxes until I checked the reviews and saw the same complaints.

March 2026 - Something has changed with the recipe and they are now a bit on the funky side. They texture is also mushier which I don't care for - they used to be firmer than the ones from the other wholesale store - but not now. I will go back to the other store's egg bites... bummer!

First of all, I can't figure out how this product has an average of 4.5 out of 5 stars, unless I got a bad batch. These taste sooooooooooooooo bad; I almost gagged trying to finish them and finally gave up on them altogether. There's also an aftertaste in the back of the throat that lingers. The packaging is horrendous in that they stick and you have to physically peel them out which results in residue getting all over your hands and countertop. I'm definitely returning these.
