The vacuum is great so far. Have not used the mop function yet.

I could not get it to start so i had to return it.

I love it it’s easy to use it gets the job done and it prevents me from having to vacuum or mop. I’m so glad to add this to my household.

Easy to set up. Seems to work very well. I wish it had the auto empty option, but takes little effort to dump contents.

I love this vacuum! It picks up crumbs and dirt on my wood floors and keeps my little dog entertained. The app makes it easy to schedule routine cleanings.

Just got it yesterday but taking it back . The vacuum picks up great when not getting stuck in the fringe of my rugs. I don't put the side brushes on to prevent that from happening but bobsweep wants to get stuck.

We had high hopes, this model seemed very similar to our base model eufy, and the price was great. We had it a month and experienced connectivity issues as well as battery failures so we opted to return and spring for the Omni C20 Eufy.
