Top Notch BBQ

The build quality of the grill is exceptional. It is made of high-quality materials that feel sturdy and durable. The grill grate is made of heavy-duty stainless steel, which provides even heat distribution but also makes it easy to clean after use. Fun to use, looks great and feels like it will last a lifetime!

Top quality, beautifully designed

I’m really impressed by the quality of this grill. It’s solid and all the features (raising/lowering grate, front door to firebox, even the locks on the casters are well designed and robustly built. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a great value for the price. I had a task rabbit guy assemble it because it was too heavy and difficult for me (I have one arm) it took him three hours. I checked out the online guide and it seemed well thought out and not difficult to follow. I’m enjoying cooking on it.

Outstanding Grill for Wood-Fired Cooking!

I’ve used the Premium Argentine/Santa Maria BBQ Grill numerous times, and it never ceases to amaze me. This grill is a dream come true for anyone who loves cooking with wood coals. The flavor it imparts to the food is unmatched—rich, smoky, and deeply satisfying, making every meal feel like a gourmet experience. What truly sets this grill apart is its exceptional heat control. Excellent Build Quality

I just purchased this grill, and I will say the quality is absolutely amazing, especially for the price. All materials are top notch. Build instructions are straight forward and fairly easy. It will take 2 people to lift and move the this grill while assembling the cart. All holes lined up perfectly, no issues at all with screws or alignment. I will be doing my first cook on this beast in a few days.

Love this grill!

This is a super versatile grill, with tons of cooking space that allows for feeding a big group of people, or just having some interactive cooking with the family. We’ve done everything from burgers to slow cooking with the grates raised. Super impressed with the quality, and it’s a ton of fun to use.

Looks Great but...

It looks like a great product. Well-built and backed by this good company. However, I believe it is missing an essential element which is the “V-Shaped” signature Argentinian Grill. I understand it could increase the price, but maybe it could be offered as an option to guarantee fit?

Great value!!

I’ve been looking for a Santa Maria style grill for a while and there are a ton of options on the market that range from cheap (both in materials used and price) and super expensive. There is a lot of value in this grill for the type of materials used and different components it offers. The fire bricks are not a feature you see on a lot of grills. The quality of materials is evident with the results of the cooks. Very impressed and looking forward to trying a bunch of different types of cooks.

Excellent craftsmanship

I received this about a month ago and love it. It’s so sturdy and versatile. I’m impressed with how easy (take your time) it was to assemble and how robust it is. I would like a firebox tutorial. Additionally, the grill was delayed a few weeks. No big deal as they were very quick and clear on it. But even better, the CEO sent a set of utensils as a mea culpa for the delay. Above and beyond!

Awesome product — No regrets

I have wanted an Argentine grill for about a year now after my uncle did a cook for my family on his. So when I saw this the price and size seemed right and I pre-ordered. Glad I did. Assembly was a two person job but relatively smooth 2 hour process. I have done two cooks on it. First one was just simple steaks to thank my friend for helping. The second was a bit more elaborate and I used the grill to its full potential with an initial smoke of the meat. Food turned out awesome. Everything on the grill works and is super high quality. Feels like a very good value at its price.

Hot Coals & Mighty Fine

My anticipation for the Argentine/Santa Maria Grill was inspired by Francis Mallmann. The order was placed with Great Joy & before my eyes the assembly was taking place. Great direction- by the way. We had the delight of cooking Christmas dinner with the whole family. The fire was started as the coals began their story of giving off heat. We had pineapple hanging, two guinea hens on those fantastic stainless steel hooks, mushrooms & lemon halves. The steaks were placed on the grill last as the grill was lowered just above the coals. There was room for sausage for appetizer as the grill space acomodates plenty of cooking surface. Everybody loved to crank the big wheel while the sound repeats it's progress. This method of Argentine open fire cooking has made my wife like steak off the grill again. Everything about the Argentine /Santa Maria grill is Tremendous, fire bricks, latches on the door ,grates of heavy cast iron, It's the BEST. Cheers to Backyard. We even bought the Granda Grill Gazebo.
