I have wanted an Argentine grill for about a year now after my uncle did a cook for my family on his. So when I saw this the price and size seemed right and I pre-ordered. Glad I did. Assembly was a two person job but relatively smooth 2 hour process. I have done two cooks on it. First one was just simple steaks to thank my friend for helping. The second was a bit more elaborate and I used the grill to its full potential with an initial smoke of the meat. Food turned out awesome. Everything on the grill works and is super high quality. Feels like a very good value at its price.

I’ve been looking for a Santa Maria style grill for a while and there are a ton of options on the market that range from cheap (both in materials used and price) and super expensive. There is a lot of value in this grill for the type of materials used and different components it offers. The fire bricks are not a feature you see on a lot of grills. The quality of materials is evident with the results of the cooks. Very impressed and looking forward to trying a bunch of different types of cooks.

Way more fun and flavor cooking over live fire than a gas grill. The grill is solidly built. The fire bricks hold and distribute heat well. It's great for low and slow with the grates raised up, of hot and fast closer to the coals. Best of both worlds.

This grill is not some box store junk. The quality and simplicity of assembly is great! It’s so versatile and is a handsome addition to our yard. Now I’ve got to build the Mrs. a patio. I purchased the Grill a month ago. Shipping took longer than stated but still not a bad experience. Impressed with the heavy duty steel and overall quality of the grill. Many parts but excellent easy follow assembly instructions only 3 minor part problems that any DIY person can correct if it occurs ( bad threading and 1 missing spring) cooked on it only 1 time so far but LOVED how it performed!!!

It looks like a great product. Well-built and backed by this good company. However, I believe it is missing an essential element which is the “V-Shaped” signature Argentinian Grill. I understand it could increase the price, but maybe it could be offered as an option to guarantee fit?

The adjustable height of the grill grate allows for flexibility with heat control, giving flexibility for a ton of different types of cooks. We’ve used lump charcoal and natural wood and both have turned out great.

I was a bit concerned to purchase because I was not able to see actual grill. Arrived as scheduled and on pallet. The material is very sturdy and secure. It did take some time to assemble but instructions are clear. Huge grill. Cooking area is big and comfortable to work on. All the added extras for hanging sausage and meats is a plus. Planning family gathering to enjoy a complete Argentine Parillada like back home.

This grill is amazing… I have been looking at buying a Argentine grill for a long time, but none ticked all the boxes like the backyard discovery Argentine grill. It’s a perfect size, it’s great quality, and comes with everything. I highly recommend this grill.

I took a bit of a risk buying this grill on preorder and man am I glad I did! I have been searching for an Argentine/S.M. style grill for awhile and this offering came along and the specs seemed perfect. I am so impressed with the quality and crafstmanship of this grill. Everything is well made and works beautifully. Spent fathers day with a cooler of beer having a remarkable grilling experience. Get a nice bed of embers and a few different cuts and enjoy!
