We're happy to help, Robert. Depending on which product you're using, most have a printed rectangle or label on the inside of the waist band to indicate the back of the underwear. If you have Fresh Protection™ Underwear the longer pad is meant to be worn toward the front, since they are bladder leak underwear and designed for urine. Hope this helps.
