[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impressions using this underwear was "Wow these are so comfortable and quiet" and I completely forgot I had them on throughout the day. Unfortunately they do not hold enough liquid nor do they absorb quick enough before it starts spilling over the sides. I have a problem where I have no sensation of having to urinate until my bladder is completely full and then I have maybe 2 minutes to find a restroom or else Im going to be fighting for my life. They arent something I necessarily need but would be nice for when Im in places like Chicago that you have to pay to eat somewhere in order to use the restroom or while in a traffic jam. After wearing these all day at work to test their durability as soon as I took them off at the end of the day without wetting them, the filling poured out because of the weak material holding the gel inside. It got all over my floor and I thought wow what would've happened if I actually had to use them for real? Also if you go too fast it will pour over the sides within 2 or 3 seconds because it takes time to actually absorb liquid and move throughout the pad. The pad needs to be thicker because even if I regulate the flow and take my time, the pad is full after about half bladder. In what situation would these be useful? If someone needs these they aren't going to be urinating a little at a time and certainly wont be able to slow the flow. They could make the pad thicker and add padding to the very outside of underwear where the underwear leg holes meet the thigh atleast with a tighter fit for a better seal and backup control. For being maximum protection 7 out of 8 they should atleast be able to withstand one bladder emptying. I dont really known where to go from here. Maybe my bladder is abnormally large and I hold a lot more than the average person or these are meant for people that leak liittle by little but to be considered they need to sacrifice the quiet and comfort for absorbency.

My son is a teen and special needs. I wish they were more absorbent. They do fit nicely but I notice that i have to change him even if he doesn't pee because the absorbent stuffing will bunch up into hard balls getting very uncomfortable. I'm sure if you are getting these for some leaking they'd be fine but for a teen that pees a lot they are not good and will pee right through them. Shame, the comfort fit ones are the closest you can get to feeling like real underwear but they just aren't made for this. The Assurance brand is more absorbent, just not as good fitting.

They absorb pee so well and they hold the smell as well! These are super light, breathable and dependable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More comfortable and reliable than others that I've tried. They make very little noise, and fit well. There are some minor gaps on the sides that could cause issues, but overall a good choice if you're in the market.

These work very well when standing or sitting. They don’t work well when lying down because they leak out the sides. They would have to be padded all over to be effective when lying down and the designers chose a discreet fit. I use them but lie on top of an absorbent pad at night. During the day, I like that they are discrete.
