They fit tight and snug in all the right places with a lot of padding to absorb and leak that you might have. I am really impressed with how well they fit. They fit just like a regular pair of underwear, but just have some extra padding. After a few minutes, I couldn't even tell that I had them on.

Product has a skimpy target area and can't be used for bowel incontinence. Because of the poor fit, no matter how you place it, you will find spots on the back of your trousers regardless on how these are place. This is a frustrating product to use that causes social embarrassment.
