They are slim fitting, so you won't have to worry about anyone noticing them under your clothes and the material is strong and durable, so you can wear them in any environment without worrying about ripping.

The underwear does not have a strong smell and does not cause allergies to the skin. As for absorption, it is at the highest level. Very comfortable underwear.

My only suggestion would be to increase its capacity; while it functions well with an insert, I believe additional space could eliminate the need for extra protection.

The product seems designed for "no butt" male models, not for guys with average bottoms. The rear fabric is so tight that stool always contacts the very top of the pad or even the waistband - very difficult to keep clean. BTW I've tried Large (allegedly for 40 inch waist, hah) and XL sizes. The labeling mentions nothing about recommended incontinence use - bladder or bowel.

They offer good odor control, and the absorbency level is perfect for my brother's needs. The waistband fits snugly without it feeling too loose or too tight, while the fit around the legs does not limit his freedom of movement.

I don't typically take time to review products, but these deserve mention. I never considered trying incontinence underwear, but I couldn't ignore my wet boxers and more frequent visible wet spots any longer. So I did some reading and took the plunge with these. Quite frankly, I was expecting them to range between tolerable and awful to wear, but wow was I pleasantly surprised. Sure, they work great in the functional sense - that's a given. But, they're really easy to wear. I'm serious. They're much more comfortable than I expected and invisible under clothing. If it's dead quiet, you can hear a bit of a "rustle" sound, sort of like if you were holding dry leaves, but it's completely unnoticeable when there's any background noise - in other words, in everyday life. I know these are designed for much heavier incontinence than mine, but I choose these because they're a no brainer: comfortable, discrete and they work. Slam dunk.
