The last box we bought is different from they way they were. The new ones are thinner, and lighter gray in color. They seem to work just as well, but did like the extra padding from the thicker ones, as after chemo and radiation, it is needed when sitting. I have written to the company, as others have in the questions about the product, and they do not ever give an answer that makes sense regarding which is the front. We put them on with the printed on rectangle in the front, which seems to feel more comfortable and works out well. Maybe some of you can comment on which way you wear them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit very nicely. They are extremely comfortable and very breathable. These are discreet. I would like them to more absorbent. They are sufficient for leaks, but not sufficient for more serious leaks. I would note that they are great at odor reduction, so that benefit is nice.

They provided protection from accidental leakage and were comfortable to move around in and sleep in. I would buy them again and recommend them to others.

This it's a great product! I use these along with the real fit underwear. I wear them at night and around the house. They will hold any accident that I may have. They do make a small amount of noise under your clothing so that it's why I use real fit at work and such. I have been really impressed by them and hope you all keep up the good work. No other company comes close to what you have to offer men with incontinence issues. Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit of the underwear was perfect for me, it was discrete and unnoticeable by other people as shown in the picture. Unfortunately the smell wasn’t too good as there were some gaps in the fit and having it unscented was unusual as it certainly made an odor.

I have been using these for a few months since I had my bladder removed, due to cancer. These are very comfortable and the fit is snug enough that no one can tell I am wearing them. As for the absorbency, I am quite pleased with them, especially at nighttime. I am an active person at work during the day, with a lot of walking, squatting, climbing and bending. These do not bunch up on me and I've had no problems with leaking. Thanks Depends!

Since we purchased multiple packs of these, I guess they fit and handled accidents with ease. Control the odor was...you know. But overall if you know know someone who needs this product, I can recommend.

I did notice in the ad that it shows a gel core. Mine do not have this. They have a white material that shifts around when wet. This promoted some leakage. I found this with my first pair and I am continuing my evaluation. I am a heavy wetter, due to prostate surgery, and needed a product to withstand my problem. They do have a great fit, and feel like regular underwear.
