The product is very likely a good one, but for me was - too small. I'm am a very large man and was hoping they might have enough stretch room to have them work, but it did not work. So, I had opened the package and tried to use one 0f the products - but, i can use them in a different way, by cutting cutting out the pad part and taping it to the inside of my undergarment using paper medical tape. So, all is not lost. -- Finally, you would think by this time in our "fat" history, someone would have invented a device of this nature for us really big guys.

It can be noticed that it turns liquid into gel, so it can be worried free. My uncle used it and he feels dry throughout the day and it doesn't cause irritation. It helps to control odors as well. The underwear is smooth and soft materials make you comfortable all day long. Unless you have a high volume of urine, it will be sagging because of the weight of the gel. It doesn't look too thick and when you wear plants on it, it's unnoticeable. This product is needed for bladder leak and handy from time to time especially when having the bladder infection. It feels a bit more like a brief even though I usually use boxers. But this is necessary in order to keep any fluids from leaking or going through clothes.
