The fit according to my father was perfect and so far it has done its share of dryness and odor control as my father is aging this is definitely a product we will use. It helps a lot with incontinency and I love the dark grey color on it. Is great to have a product made specifically for men and in a variety of sizes.

Before i was diagnosed with Celiac disease I was always having "accidents" with my bowels. Now this product is intended for urine, it does a very good job at holding the bowel movements that sometimes cannot be controlled as well. I use these all the time. They are comfortable and I feel like I am wearing underwear. It also has saved me on many "events" at work when I cannot make it to the toilet in time, as well as at home. It contains the accidents very well and out of a two dozen incidents I can only recall one time where they leaked. I use the Small/medium because i want the tight coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit was decent. I had some issues with leaking around the legs. The absorbent material needs to go a bit further up the back for comfort. Where it stops in the back is a little uncomfortable and you can feel it when you sit. It feels like you are sitting on a line and it is not comfortable. it is quite absorbent and can possibly be a little thicker in my opinion and may possibly help prevent leaks especially when sitting.
