He found them uncomfortable and disliked the idea of wearing "a diaper", so getting him to even put them on was a job. The depend fit flex more closely resemble real mens underwear and we had no problem getting him to put them on and so far no complaints about fit or discomfort. This has made life so much easier for everyone. We don't use the disposables for bladder leakage, but for accidents related to ulcerative colitis. And they definitely help save on embarassing accidents and laundry. We are all very happy with the results.

The fit with the Tenas was always poor, they did not seal good around the legs and would actually slide down during the night. Both of these issues did not make me feel comfortable wearing them during the night. I felt the material could be more absorbent too. I was very pleased with the Depend Flex fit underwear. They sealed well around the legs and stayed snug enough not to pull down during the night. The material is very comftorable. The Depends seem to be cut with elastic put in all the right places. I have Gastroparesis with a stomach stimulator and many times going to the bathroom is a guessing game. Thanks for giving me an item that seems tailored to fit the bigger man and gives piece of mind. The product seems designed for "no butt" male models, not for guys with average bottoms. The rear fabric is so tight that stool always contacts the very top of the pad or even the waistband - very difficult to keep clean. BTW I've tried Large (allegedly for 40 inch waist, hah) and XL sizes. The labeling mentions nothing about recommended incontinence use - bladder or bowel.
