[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depends is the most dependable brand to go with. I’ve tried store/generic brands and they are not good quality or fit. My husband and I take care of my father in law that has dementia and this brand has been the best one. They are more expensive than the competitors but it’s worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As my father started again, I noticed his being more incontinent but not ready for a bulky adult diaper. We started with these and he has nothing but wonderful things to say. They’re comfortably and are able to be pulled up and down like normal briefs. They’re absorbent and really help with wetness and keeping his feeling dry. They’re for very well around the waist and legs. These actually help neutralize the odor and turns the liquid into gel.

I was very disappointed when my husband became incontinent because of Huntingtons Disease and I tried Depend underwear. Every time he has worn them he not only soaks the Depends but his outer clothing. I put a pair of underwear over the Depends and then his shorts/pants and he wets through everything. I tried a larger size to see if that would hold it in but that also failed. I was wondering if you would have a plastic pant that could be worn over the Depend underwear that would ASSURE us that he would not wet through? I cannot "Depend" on your product to keep him dry so why even put the diaper on????

They were a little big at the top but the bottom part fit her butt. she put her panties on over them and they were fine. She liked them. She said she wished it was more in the pack. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't like the Fit-Flex underwear because there were no standing guards and they leaked out of the leg openings as well as out of the back when I was laying down. I flood a product sometimes and these always leaked whenever I flooded. My skin always felt wet until I got them changed.

He stated that this product is soft, absorbs well and there is no smell. He is size medium, I got xl. We noticed that it is good for somebody of his size and if you try the stretch them, they become quite big. I am sure it is going to fit a bigger person as well just like the package states.

They didn’t make notice when he walked, so no one could hear that he was wearing them like some other brands. They were extremely discreet. These underpants allowed no odor and had no leaking at all during use. They were very easy to dispose of. Travels well! He is certainly a fan of these underpants and will purchase this brand moving forward. High recommended. Trusted brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3.5 stars. While it's good to have the absorbent material to be situated at front, I think it would still be beneficial to have it go to the rear. This allows for added security of catching heavier leaks. Strong material, no tearing. Quiet. No noticeable smells. Comfort will be subjective. I thought leg opening felts a tad snug.
