Been looking for a powerful generator that didn't break the bank and this one fit the bill. Ordered on Thursday and was delivered on Monday. Put it together, filled with oil and gas, and it fired up on the first start. Soooo happy. Cant wait for the power to go out...lol

Purchased to use with an interlock switch to my house breaker box. Works like a champ and powers everything I need it to. The remote start feature is simply priceless when connected to the house and the power goes out especially in bad weather. Just click one button from my window and swap a few breakers over and im good to go!

bought this to replace a generac that has seen better days. Haven’t had to use it yet, but the setup was pretty straightforward and started up after a few presses of the start button. after getting it started outside for the first time, the remote start worked from inside the house as I hoped.

We needed a generator as we lose power a lot and for days at a time. Our electrician suggested this one and it seems great. Easy to set up and start and will provide us power for a whole house. A small caution that it is HEAVY. Even when wheeling around, it takes some effort and in the box movement requires several people.

I bought the WGen9500 Model just over a month ago. What a great buy!!! The unit was easy to setup, and has lots of great features including a remote start. Just installed the wheels, added the oil which was also included, poured in some gas, and it started right up on the first try!!! With the power this unit can provide, we will be able to run all essentials in our house during any future power outages. Very happy with this purchase!!!

Bought this in prep. for hurricane season. Unit came 99% ready to go - putting on the wheels and feet were a breeze! So far, I have only done the initial start up, but was able to plug it into my 220V, and do a "dry run" of it. It was able to power up one of my central A/C units with no problem (the smaller of the two), and I also hooked up some of my essentials (fridges, t.v., a few lights/power outlets). The noise isnt as bad as I thought it would be. At this running wattage - it is what it is. This this looks like it will easily handle any hurricane that comes our way - and I am not expecting us to be out cold for a week, here in Texas again, like we were earlier this year!

Little confusing with serial number having a sticker placed over plate with printed white sticker with serial number. Not 100% sure I have the right serial number listed. The owners manual was OK but a little different depending on which particular model you were assembling. I found the You-Tube Video of someone assembling this exact model and it addressed all my questions. Love this model so far.

I purchased this generator to replace my old one which quit working. I was pleased with how quickly it arrived. It was easy to unpack & to put on the feet & wheels. After putting gas & oil in, it started right up. Have not actually had a chance yet to put it to full use but will be ready should our power go out. I have great expectations so I hope it doesn't disappoint.

Bought this item, free shipping to my house with no problems. Comes with Every thing you need ( except of course gas ) to get started, oil, tools and others. Wheels went right in place. Filled it up with gas, hit the start button and it fired right up with no problems. No smoking, exhaust good, noise is what you would expect. Runs most of the things in the house except the air unit we have, even our well pump, would need a huge unit to handle house and air unit.

Bought this to use as power source on our new property until we get electricity. It works great, I use it on propane as its cleaner and love that you can use different fuels. Push button start is a great feature too. Been running tools and welders off of it and it has all the power I need. Once we build our house, will use it as a backup house generator. Great buy.
