we just got this generator and i already love its easy to follow maintenance instruction's booklet & its layout

easy to start & easy to use and easy to maintain.

So, far I have run this generator once.  It starts cleanly, runs well, is efficient, and a nice portable design to fit in the corner of my garage.

Nice Unit

It works so well for am emergency. We also used it out in the field to air the baler pressure up and worked awesome.

Awesome generator

Liked the ease of starting and overall appearance BUT----The day of the hurricane hit Florida; it failed to generate any electricity--ran great but no juice.  In its present condition I would give it 5 stars when used as a boat anchor.  I have owned several generators previously.

I bought the 9500c generator a couple months ago. It is very simple to assemble, they provided the oil,  funnel and tools to get it started. The push button start works great.  My wife used the remote start key fob inside and outside house.  This feature is a mobility saver since my wife is disabled.  She has the freedom to start and stop the generator if she leaves the house.  The generator is very quiet.  A couple weeks after I received it, I lost power for 3 days, powered the whole house.  It is a must have.  I would definitely recommend!!!
