Generator has a lot of option that other generators in its class do not offer. Cranked right up out of the box. Assembly was very simple.

Had the power hooked up to my house soo I can run my 3.5ton ac unit and everything in the house run. Take it like a champ and very happy with it

I did not have a chance to use this in case of emergency. However it started up like a champ ever time unlike my old generator!!

Unboxed and got running in about an hour. Was not as loud as some reviewers say, not bad at all for the size and power. Happy I bought.

I am got the gen9500 cause I needed piece of mind for my family if a storm hit us this was the best decision I made to protect my family.

Purchased this due to increasing power outages. Ran break in oil, looking forward to using this next time power goes out.

Living in Texas with power outages, hurricanes, and storms this generator is exactly what my family needed to give us peace of mind.

The generator is an outstanding value for the price. The updates to the generator since I last purchased one are very nice

So far this generator is better than my last. I bought this generator as a back up for my house in case we lose power which we do pretty often.

We purchased this generator to replace an old Honda unit for our service truck. This is our second unit we are placing on our trucks.
