Everything I could have asked for. New to using a generator but electrician did his thing tested it and all good

I just received the product last week. I have not had to use it but it is prepared for use. Much quieter than my last one from 10 years ago.

I bought this unit for emergency use in case of power outage. Haven't used it during outage yet. Happy to have in case of emergency.

After the break-in period, the battery cables fell apart. Hopefully, they will just send me a replacement.
