I just purchased the unit. It was easy to get the wheels on, the oil in, and to understand how to start it. It took two attempts to start it. This is understandable considering it was the first time it had gas in the system. I shut it off, restarted a few times. It started right up, no problem each time. I then used it to run an angle grinder for a while. Everything was working great. I think this is a good piece of equipment.

Our power went out on a Monday during a storm a few weeks ago. Power was not restored until Friday night that week. 90 degrees all week.Decided "never again". It is quality built with some great features to help make a difficult time easier to deal with. Price was very competitive as well. Overall I am extremely pleased.

I bought this a couple of months ago in order to prepare for the winter. I’ve only had to use it once but I love it especially the remote start capability and it’s got 50 amp plug instead of just a 30. Awesome purchase I just love it. Getting ready for spring storms which can bring power outages. But I am ready!

We bought this after having no power for a few days. Now that another storm is about to hit, we’re getting prepared and I feel very confident and reassured with this. Its very high quality, feels like it is built to last a long time, and seems like it would do a great job! It also isnt too difficult to set up, which I especially enjoyed!

Purchased this generator at a great price. Much more features than my last two generators. We live in south Louisiana, so a generator is a must. Love the USB ports, the different receptacles, and circuit breakers. The data center and battery indicator will come in handy. The CO sensor brings peace of mind! Generator started up on the first try. The remote is an awesome thing to have too, and it started the generator on the first try. I would not hesitate AT ALL to recommend this generator to anyone. I now feel better with the height of hurricane season at hand! I’m so glad I purchased this after reading all the good reviews and seeing all the extra useful features.

This WGen9500 generator appears very well made. It started right up (after adding oil/fuel). I attached a 30 amp plug to my house transfer switch which powered the house right up. I simultaneously plugged a window unit AC and the garage freezer into the 120V GFCIs, with no problem. The electric start is great and the included battery saved me another expense. It's as loud as you would expect a large generator to be, but it's quieter than my old smaller model. I'm very pleased with it.

I bought the 9500 model and it is so easy to start even my wife can handle it.lol. the keyless remote is awesome! the handle to move around the generator is smooth and easy to roll around. This easily runs my entire house. WINTER IS COMING!!! and in my neighborhood the power go out a lot especially during ice storms. Living in Oklahoma there is so many variants of crazy weather.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and added oil, it started up first try. Used the remote feature and it worked as expected. Have not used it yet for house back up or to run tools but I'm certain it will work the way its supposed too. Checked out and have owned several generators in the past as my business requires plenty of generator use, hoping this toes the line.

Bought this a month ago to be better prepared for hurricane season. Did test run for 6 hrs and unit performance was excellent! Started right up and full power to my house. I received the generator and opened the carton the same day. Did not have a issue with anything. Was very easy to assemble every thing you need is supplyed. Several days later I serviced the generator and have done the brakein peroid according to the manual. Just wating for a warmer day to do a full run on the generator. Very happy with the unit so far.
