Great features

Large enough to power the hole house during a power outage.Remote start is a very nice feature easy for wife to be able to start.

Purchased this generator-it came in for pick-up 10 days-no damages and hardare installation was a snap-can't wait to use it

We bought this a over a month ago.  We like the look of it and it started right up.  Haven't used in a power outage yet but sure it will work great.

Good Product

I bought this Generator because of the power outage in northern CA.  We just had a two day outage and the generator worked great

We have been through two extended power outages since purchase, The operational duration was better than advertised.

Great running time

Quite a bit of corrosion already right out of the box “brand new”. We will see if they stand behind and send another battery and connector

This is a very nice generator. Started with no issues.  Will use next time electric goes out. Very pleased with purchase.

GENERATOR MODEL WGen 9500c

Liked the ease of starting and overall appearance BUT----The day of the hurricane hit Florida; it failed to generate any electricity--ran great but no juice.  In its present condition I would give it 5 stars when used as a boat anchor.  I have owned several generators previously.

I bought the 9500c generator a couple months ago. It is very simple to assemble, they provided the oil,  funnel and tools to get it started. The push button start works great.  My wife used the remote start key fob inside and outside house.  This feature is a mobility saver since my wife is disabled.  She has the freedom to start and stop the generator if she leaves the house.  The generator is very quiet.  A couple weeks after I received it, I lost power for 3 days, powered the whole house.  It is a must have.  I would definitely recommend!!!
