I just received the product last week. I have not had to use it but it is prepared for use. Much quieter than my last one from 10 years ago.

Very sturdy well made generator. Very easy to start and run. Has solid wheels that makes moving very easy. Is not as loud as some other makes.

just bought unit and after oiling and putting on wheels and filling with gas, fired right up. Remote start nice feature too.
