Arrived much faster than expected. Easy to set up and get going. Happy to have a reliable generator.

Assembly was easy, starting instructions was simple. Started up right away and works great! Key faub was a bonus :)

Extremely easy set up, starts up right away. Couldn’t be more happier. I’m ready for any hurricane that we get with here in south Florida.

We have used this generator due to power outages 3 times so far. It has been easy to start and works great! We highly recommend.

I just bought this for emergencies and was amazed how easy it was to assemble and that oil was sent with it. It arrived quicker than I expected.

The product was 90% assembled right out of the box. Once fully assembled and oil added it started on the first attempt.

I bought this last week and counted be more happier with this item. Well designed, dual fuel ad perfect for my needs!

Well built product. Unsure of longevity as we just got it but very impressed with the product so far

Decided to upgrade my generator and this WGen9500 is all I’ll ever need for our home which has an attached apartment with separate curcuit panels.

I love everything about it. It has a lot of functions and it does a lot of things at least now I don't have to sit in the dark.
