I bought this generator a few weeks ago since PG&E has begun their special power outages. This allows us to keep the lights on, the fridge running and hot water flowing. So far it works perfectly.

From the moment I opened the box to putting it in service this machine has been an exceptional experience. It is well designed with great features and the performance is great. Great value and performance for the money.

I recently purchased this product in order to replace one that didn't have the 50amp plug. After receiving it I realized that this product was well built and quite easy to set up.

Even though it's new and untested in a power outage, the 9500 started like a charm out of the box after very simple assembly. Engineering looks far better than Generac.

I just purchased this today and after the assembly I put gas in it and it fired right up. The only negative thing I can say is it was missing one bolt for the mounting foot besides that it looks great and runs great.
