I bought this generator a month ago and I am so impressed with all the features on it. More importantly it has a lot of safety feature as well. I highly recommend this product.

I live in FL and I'm getting ready for the hurricanes. Having a Generator gives you piece of mind. Along with safe room in house. Like all the features on the W9500.

Wish I had bought this before the terrible ice storm we had this year. Have a friend who has same unit. He loves it. Had to impose on him several times to take showers when we lost power. But we're ready now.

I have not had a chance to use the generator for a power outage, but in setting it up and starting/stopping it definitely seems like it'll fit the bill. I'm actually kind of looking forward to our next power outage.

I've had this a few months. I have not used it other than running and testing. I am quite impressed with my purchase. Heavier than expected. I love the control panel. This generator has everything and more than the higher priced models.

Not my first venture with westinghouse. Woked on many of their turbines as well! Fantastic product and amazing generator! Runs our 42 foot camper with dual AC no problem.

Pleased with the quality of the generator and the documentation that came with it. Assembly was simple and it started up on the first try with no issues.
