Excellent product! I was able to assemble and start operating in no time. The directions was clear and easy to figure out. The generator came with all the necessary tools and works great!!

Easy to build and run out-of-the-box, remote start is very convenient, battery had a charge and started right up. Build quality seems good and we shall see how it holds up over time.

I upgraded from a smaller generator that did not put out the correct hertz to run the central air. This generator runs it and the whole house without a flicker.

I have bought two of these for my parents houses to use during power outages. They run the well, and any other items needed by selecting which appliance in the switch panel. May not be able to run everything at once but it does great.

Bought WGen9500 as a back for our home to replace our older 5500. We are able to run everything in the house on this generator. We have not running the clothes dryer. Easy setup. Love the push button start. Good features and quality for the cost.

Bought this in time for Dorian but didn't need it. I did fuel it and test it and it worked fine, with minimal assembly required. It appears well constructed.

I bought this almost a month ago due to power outage in high winds . We have electric heat source and had to spend the night without heat. When the power came back on I promptly ordered this generator .

It shipped quick and assembled quickly. It looks well and fired right up. The oil was supplied and I only had to supply fuel. First impressions is very good however, if it is still running well 5 years from now I will say it is a 5 star generator

I bought this unit a,few weeks ago when we decided to upgrade our emergency power source. Unit is very well built and easy to use. Electric start w/remote makes starting a breeze. Just what we needed to power our home during storms here in Florida.
