Recently purchased this item and cant wait to try it out. Has many excellent features looks solid and well built with capabilities. Im concerned about the weight though, ill need a hoist to get it into the pickup truck.

Purchased in June ahead of Hurricane Beryl instructions to use were simply, using was easy with simple instructions, it's a attractive piece of equipment my husband was able to get 8 hrs of sleep without concern about refill.

We Bought it to use to power the house when electric goes off. It seems to have enough watts to do that. had electrician to hook up what we need for quick hookup. and safety for electric workers

I bought this to upgrade from my 3500. This one has been hard wired to the fuse panel and can run my whole house. The electric start is great option for my wife because I am away for work many nights each week.

We purchased this just in time for hurricane season. Very little assembly, and the manual is easy to follow. It's heavy, but the handles and wheels make transporting it much easier. It's capable of powering nearly our entire home!
