Bought this generator to replace a smaller one used after Hurricane Ian. So far so good. It arrived undamaged and was easy to put wheels on, connect and charge battery and add fuel and oil. Started right up. So far I am pleased with purchase.

I JUST BOUGHT THE UNIT AND FOUND VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE. AFTER ASSEMBLING THE UNIT I STARTED IT UP TO ALLOW IT TO RUN FOR THE BREAK IN PERIOD IT STARTED RIGHT UP. IT HAS SOME GREAT FEATURES OTHER UNITS LIKE THIS DO NOT HAVE

Just received my generator. It does have shipping damage. The metal chassis is bent in a few places. Seems to start and run well. For the price you pay it is unfortunate that it's already damaged. I would recommend overall.

I had this 3 weeks 9500/12500 so far so good.I would recommend everyone have a generator and this one doing good I will come back in a couple months and leave a further update on it.

I bought this in January and, so far, haven't had a need to use it. Started it and tested it out and it runs great and I am sure it will take care of our needs.

I bought this after we lost power for 6 days because I wanted to be ready for next time. It was easy to put on the wheels and feet and started right up. It seems well built, but will know more once I use for an extended period of time.

Westinghouse WGen9500 is an amazing work horse that performs as advertised with a multiplicity of functions. It is easy to assemble and use and the remote and push button start are user friendly

always wanted a generator and this one is awesome! never going to be without power again during hurricane season. this will run my entire house with the interlock kit i had installed from my panel box. def worth the money!
