After reading numerous reviews online and receiving ours, it’s obvious why it’s been reviewed so highly. Quality workmanship, easy to operate and lots of extra features. Hopefully won’t need it often, but nice to know it’s there when we do.

Bought this because of it's size and electric start. Assembly was easy thanks to the well written manual. Added oil and gas pushed the start button and it fired up in about two seconds. Great product!

Just received this generator, assembly was super easy. Instructions were clearly written. Basically put on the wheels and feet, added oil and gas and fired right up. Should have bought this years ago. The remote start is just icing on the cake!

I bought this in late summer. We use it as our backup generator. It worked well for a while, but failed after about a dozen uses. We bought the extended warranty. The repairs are covered but not sure if the original warranty would have covered it.

purchased this month and we had a power outage for 2 days. was able to use the unit first thing after purchase and it was easy to set up and worked to perfection. I highly recommend.

The WGen9500 is powerful enough to power almost everything in my house but light enough to easily move outside when I need it, Already scheduled an electrician to install a transfer switch so I don't have to hassle with extension cords.
