I bought this in June. It was easy to use and has a lot of great features. It was a little louder than I thought but compared to many I hear in the neighborhood it is still quieter. Great for the price.

One issue after unpacking was I found a dent at top of gas tank. Doesn’t look like a hole just a dent so I will fill it up in a couple of days and try out. If it leaks I’ll need a née gas tank sent to me. Everything else so far seems fine

bought this to upgrade from a 5500 during Hurricane Laura. This gen ran a 10,000, (2) 5000, and portable A/C. Also had on refrigerator, deep freeze and well pump plus lights. No issues using all that.

I bought this generator in late 2021, arrived in perfect condition, instructions are clear and easy to follow. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it!

I bought this generator a few weeks ago since PG&E has begun their special power outages. This allows us to keep the lights on, the fridge running and hot water flowing. So far it works perfectly.

Like this generator a lot. Very ez to set up out of the box. Very good instructions. The generator is also very well labeled on the unit to help you. Dont need to have manual with you at all times. Very ez start and use.

Haven't used it yet. So only giving 4 stars. We bought it for our unfinished food trailer. Runs great. Needs more oil than what they sent with it. Will update review after we use it awhile.

Bought for husband as gift. He loves it Very durable, easy to use. He was surprised that it came with a battery and that he didn't have to buy one.

Our area experiences high winds and frequent power outages throughout the year. We connect this generator to manual switch to power out home. It’s easy to setup and use and provides plenty of power for all the essentials.

I bought this Genny at the End of July, after losing power 3 times in the last year or so. Everything came in the box undamaged and after following the easy instructions, it started right up without any issues. Looks to be a very good Machine!
