This is the best generator I have purchased. It is not too heavy to move. My power was out for a week and I had no issues with the product. I would definitely recommend!

I purchased W gen9500 months ago and I am just taking it out of the box. It was easy to operate and has an remote start key. This is great ! I’m now prepare for winter storm and hurricane weather here in Texas.

Bought this generator because of the features. Glad it has the remote start so I don't have to climb in and out of the truck bed every time I need to use it. Has plenty of outlets too! It was easy to assemble and get up and running once it arrived.

Researched many generators before purchasing this one. Has many features that higher priced generators don’t have. After adding oil/gas, it fired right up. The remote control works perfectly.

Bought this back in September and finally got it out and ready for winter. Started right up on the first push of the remote fob. Runs great, looking forward to having it for winter power outages to keep the house going.

After being without power for a week following hurricane Ian I purchased this generator. The price was right and the features are terrific. I feel confidant that the next power outage will be much easier to deal with.

Love the remote start it has. Haven’t got to use it yet, in a way hoping that i wont have to use it but when i do i think we wont have any issues with it!!

Just purchased it so have little experience with it but it seems to be a good product. Once assembled it started right up so....so far so good. As time goes on, I will be able to judge it more specifically

we bought it for the hurrican season but was delivered after one already pass, so no use it yet but the remote control and push button start are good feature
