I bought this product a month ago. I just did my installation. The product holds up my entire house's major appliances, and his motor runs smoothly with less sound than I thought. Glad to have it.

Just got my new Westinghouse generator. Shipped right to my home! Easy assembly and set up. Will run my main home items off this when and if we loose power due to fire, earthquake or high wind power outages.

This thing is amazing! And it was super easy to put together right of the back. Highly recommend for full homes with occasional storm power outages. We run all appliances, lights and water pump on this thing!

Easy Assembly of wheels and feet with included wrenches. Easy to fill oil. Started on first pull! “Can’t Wait” for power to go out to use to power whole house!

I bought this as a backup power supply to my house and am glad I did. Within a week of purchasing the power went out and I was able to start this up with no problem and power the entire house! Runs like a champ and is much quieter than I expected.

Nice to have the battery start with remote with pull cord back-up. Haven't used much yet but started immediately with the remote as soon as I unpacked it and added gas and oil.

Having the push button and remote start sure does make it easier to operate. Will have to up date upon further use but so far it's performs as expected.

The WGen9500 was easy to assemble and set up, has great features and should meet all our needs. We can’t wait until our whole house plug is installed so we can test the product.
