I tried using the product one time and it was leaking gas. Waiting on if parts are covered. Hoping it is because I feel like this could be a nice product.

Did not know to cut the tie wrap around the Battery Wires. Once I connected these wires it started right up. Doing a 5 gallon break in and plan to run the 50 Amp into my home's Interlock Installed by an electrician.

This product is great. Used the wireless start feature and it fired right up no issues. The automatic choke is a great option they include and look forward to using this generator in the future.

I bought the WGEN9500 as a reliable backup power source if/when we need it in potential hurricane country. It's strong enough to cover my A/C and 2/3 of my house -- happy with the investment

I am not home always and the push button start was an easy feature for my wife. The generator is a little loud but that does not take away from the quality and power this machine gives.

I bought this generator and it has been exactly what we need we storms hit and our power goes out. Easy to use and is more than enough to help heat our 2000 sq ft home.

I bought this generator right after Hurricane Beryl hit us. Hooked up with the house; broke in; oil change etc. Now I am ready for the next hurricane!

Haven't needed to use this for it's intended purpose yet since there has not been a power outage, but expecting major storms over the next few weeks and will most likely need to use it a lot.

This generator is everything I expected. It is very well made, has all you would need to run an entire household if you need. Remote start is also very helpful.
